Attempted Robbery in Wooburn Green

Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses following an attempted robbery in Wooburn Green.
Around 8.35 am on 25th September 2020 the victim was cycling to school along Wycombe Lane. The victim was approached by two males one cycling and one sitting on the handlebars of the bike. The two males shouted at the victim saying they would take his bike if he did not hand it to them. The boy on the handle bars of the bike was described as white, around 13 years of age with blonde hair shaved at the sides, skinny build wearing a Bourne End Academy uniform. The boy on the bike was described as mixed race with curly brown hair which is dyed blonde at the ends, taller than the other male and medium build. He was also wearing a school blazer the same as the other boy. The offenders were riding an orange coloured mountain bike with yellow triangles across the top part of the frame.
Investigating officer C6778 Glen Mulhern of the Investigation hub based at High Wycombe said: "We are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the incident or who may have information
to call our 24-hour enquiry centre on 101, quoting reference 43200301952.

No personal details are taken, information is not traced or recorded
and you will not go to court.
