New Scams Training dates

If you have missed the opportunity to join in the very popular and valuable Scams training sessions from Trading Standards, please note the extra date below that has been added:

Date: 14th October 2020
Time: 10:30am – 12:30pm
Where: Virtually - via Microsoft Teams

The “Scam Champion” training is aimed at those who would like to deliver the “Friends against Scams” training to others. It will give you the tools and resources to enable you to deliver the training  to your friends and family, communities, organisations and/or as a volunteer for Trading Standards. You will need to have carried out the online 'Friends Against Scams' (FAS) training prior to attending the session. This can be found on the FAS website at or alternatively, you can join one of our live Friends Against Scams virtual sessions on the 1st or 6th October. If you have already attended one of our live sessions, you will not need to complete this e-learning.
