Kidlington and District Community Forum online meeting, Wednesday 23rd September, 6pm.

The Kidlington and District Community Forum’s next meeting will be a virtual one via Microsoft Teams and will be held on Wednesday 23rd September 2020 at 6pm.

Should any resident of Kidlington or the surrounding areas (Murcott, Merton, Horton cum Studley, Bletchington and Yarnton) wish to attend, please email and you will be forwarded the link.

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

- Meeting opening.
- Review of minutes from last meeting (19th February 2020).
- Introductions.

- Police to give updates on the 3 priorities identified at the last Community Forum meeting:
1) Fraud awareness.
2) Anti-Social Behaviour.
3) Speeding
- Questions and answer session on the above.

- Opportunity for Forum members to discuss and propose effective ways of enhancing the 3 priorities.
- Proposal for local priorities for 2021 (PC Scott proposes no change to the current priorities due to Covid-19, however welcomes the Forum members' viewpoints on items for the local Neighbourhood Policing Team to look into).
- Chairman’s report.
- Police Report.
- Feedback on how a virtual meeting was held.
- Set date and time for next meeting.
