Appeal for witnesses following burglary in Abingdon

At around 10.10pm on Wednesday (29/7) a resident in Saxton Road came downstairs to find a man in their kitchen.

The man threw a glass at the victim and then ran off through the back garden and the gate onto Gainsborough Green.

No one was injured during the incident. Jewellery was stolen.

The offender is described as a slim white man who is approximately 6ft tall. He was wearing a dark hooded top, dark grey tracksuit bottoms, black gloves and a ski mask.
