-Appeal for witnesses-
Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses following an attempted burglary in Priestwood, Bracknell.
At 3.53pm on Friday 3 August whilst the homeowner was alone in their property on Shepherds Lane, they initially ignored a knock at their front door, however then heard it been forced. As they opened it they startled a male who had been attempting to crowbar it open. There was also a second male stood on her garden path and fortunately as the home owner slammed the door shut the would be burglars ran off and are believed to have sped off in an old style silver Vauxhall Corsa.
Investigating officer T8463 Sonny Mordin said “ We are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the incident or who may have information, please report this online at https://www.thamesvalley.police.uk/tua/tell-us-about-exisiting-case-report/ quoting reference number 43180237895.
